Few people will say this, but AI isn't for everyone and isn't for every situation — and neither is technology in general. For me, technology has no meaning without business growth in money terms.

Doing business is harder than it was three years ago: money is more expensive, talent is more expensive, competition is denser. There are no resources for costly implementations or rebuilding things that already work.

So I tune the existing products, technologies, team, and strategy of a business so that everything in it works toward growth. That's been my passion for the last 23 years.

23 years of practice

When I asked my father in school to buy me a watch so I wouldn't be late getting home, he answered: "You want something? Go earn it." I did. From sixth grade on, I worked every summer. At 18, I built my first business.

Today — 15 years of my own companies, 7 years inside Top-5 banks and Big Tech, up to 120 direct reports. And all of that experience is about how to find opportunities inside the existing system with minimal investment.
